In practice most sellers use this route: buy a small stock at the 10-pair tier, list the products, and let an agent pick, pack and ship individual orders from their warehouse. That keeps your upfront cost low and avoids the minimums a fully custom production run would require (OEM starts at 200 pairs per style). Sampling still applies if you want your own branding later - 1-5 pairs in 7-14 days, fee credited against your bulk order.
