Quality Control and Compliance for UAE Import
Standards and Testing
UAE requires shoes to meet GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) regulations, particularly for heavy metals, phthalates, and azo dyes. Our factory conducts in-house testing with a 48-hour turnaround. We provide GSO compliance certificates with every shipment. For leather, we ensure chrome-free tanning if required.
Third-Party Inspection
We recommend using SGS or Bureau Veritas for pre-shipment inspection. Cost: $350–$500 per container. We allow inspection at our factory during production or at the loading stage. Typical AQL: 2.5 for critical defects, 4.0 for major, 6.5 for minor.
