What is the MOQ for safety shoes with steel toe caps?

Our MOQ for standard safety shoes is 600 pairs per style. For custom designs with steel toe caps, the MOQ is 1000 pairs per style. We can discuss lower quantities for repeat orders.

Can you provide samples of work shoes before bulk order?

Yes, we offer 1-2 pairs of existing styles as samples at cost price plus shipping. Custom samples require a sample fee and take 10-15 days. The fee is refundable on bulk orders.

What certifications do your safety shoes have?

Our safety shoes meet CE EN ISO 20345:2011 standards for steel toe and slip resistance. We also have ASTM F2413-18 for US market. We can provide test reports upon request.

What is the typical lead time for a 20ft container of work boots?

Lead time is 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit. For standard models, it's 30 days. Custom orders may take up to 45 days. We ship FOB from Xiamen port.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most YANYAN factories accept orders from 10 pairs per style/colour for stock items, and from 200–500 pairs per style for OEM/private-label production. Specific MOQ depends on the factory — ask us for the exact figure on any style.

What about pricing? Is it FOB or EXW?

We quote in FOB Shanghai, Ningbo or Shenzhen by default. EXW factory pricing is available on request. Container consolidation across multiple YANYAN factories is included in our service — one PO, one container, one inspection.

Can you do OEM/ODM and private label?

Yes. All YANYAN factories accept OEM, ODM, private-label and custom development. Tech packs, sample development and brand-label production are standard. Sample lead time 7–14 days, bulk production 25–45 days.

How does quality inspection work?
